As long as humans desire to be helped to heal and grow in their total interpersonal, spiritual, cultural and natural environments, the Fray Juan Clemente Holistic Health Center shall serve as a bridging/transformational facility that touches hearts, facilitates whole-brained thinking and embraces a healthy Christ-centered lifestyle.

Today, via Fray Juan Clemente Holistic Health Center, SJDEFI comes into full circle from where it started, picking up from the founder's original charisma and initiative-the use of native tropical plants in the maintenance of healthy individuals. Spirituality Towards Healthy living and Mission Mentoring is carefully addressed through programs that focus on body-mind-spirit needs toward a truly Christ-centered health care. All these are in keeping with the commitment to Catholic Education and Health Care.

Fray Juan Clemente Holistic Health Center provides bridging initiatives and programs that are integrative and Christ-centered. It is a response to a long-drawn need of SJDEFI for the following:

• a dynamic transformation facility that touches hearts, facilitates whole-brained thinking and embraces a healthy Christ-centered Lifestyle;
• a central node for community-based health centers and student outreach programs serving the truly poor in the locality;
• a practicum center for complementary, alternative or indigenous health care that promotes total well-being, in view of body-mind-spirit integration;
• adequate sports and physical development facility needed by the students, faculty, college personnel and selected end-users;
• restful accommodations for guests, seminar participants and retreatants;
• promotion of alternative diets and therapeutic interventions that are Oriental in origin and wholistic in orientation;
• a place for prayer, recollections, retreats, psycho-spiritual development, fellowship and relaxation.
